Welcome to Wonderlabs! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wonderlabs (the "App"), provided by Wonderlabs Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.
1. Description of the App
Wonderlabs is an AI-based storytelling platform designed to provide interactive storytelling experiences. The App utilizes artificial intelligence to generate stories based on prompts provided by the user.
2. User Eligibility
By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent to use the App. If you are under 13 years of age, you may only use the App with parental supervision.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the App
a. You may use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
b. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
c. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property
a. All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Wonderlabs Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the App without the prior written consent of Wonderlabs Studio.

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Wonderlabs Studio BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE APP.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wonderlabs Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App and/or subscription to our services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Subscription Services
a. By subscribing to Wonderlabs, you gain access to premium features and content for the duration of your subscription period.
b. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
c. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscription services or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
13. Payment
a. By subscribing to Wonderlabs, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth on our platform.
b. Payment will be charged to your designated payment method at the time of subscription and at the beginning of each subsequent subscription period unless you cancel your subscription.
c. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
d. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
14. Cancellation of Membership
a. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on our platform.
b. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the current period, and your subscription will not be renewed thereafter.
c. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the subscription services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
15. Refunds
a. Except as required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
b. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
